Below are some basic best practices when using the B37 Percussion Massager:
1. Always turn on the B37 before placing it on the body.
2. Use speeds 1-3 for muscle recovery and speeds 4-5 for soothing massage and to warm-up muscles pre-workout.
3. Simply glide the B37 on muscles that need the most attention, and let it do the work for you. Carefully move up and down the muscle, gradually applying light to moderate pressure as needed.
4. Remember to breathe and relax to allow your muscles to loosen as the B37 does its job.
The B37 Percussion Massager is designed with innovative ergonomics, which includes its 15 degree angled handle. This, along with the "tower" grip, allow you to hold the B37S in a variety of ways, making it easier than ever to treat hard-to-reach areas like your back.
We recommend using your B37 Percussion Massager for a minimum of 15 seconds and a maximum of 2 minutes per muscle group. Do not exceed 15 minutes per session. Try to maintain 2-3 full sessions per day, depending on desired result.

The B37 Percussion Massager has been great! I'm fairly active and various aches and pains often popup needing massage or other treatment. This self-treatment tool is nothing short of amazing. Very convenient and relaxing to use and really helps with the aches and pains. Battery life is surprising long.
The massage gun is quite loud. I expected it to be much quieter. It is also pretty large and heavy. It fits comfortably in the hand, but since I use it to massage my husband rather than myself, it can be tiring to hold for a longer time. For a woman’s hand, I find it a bit too large and heavy. Overall, it’s a decent massage gun, but my expectations were higher.

This massage gun has been life changing. I researched which one to buy for weeks. I’m so glad I landed on this one. I had a few non-negotiable features I was looking for; it needs to be as quiet as possible, I’d like to be able to simulate a sports massage/deep tissue work, and I’d like to be able to do a feel good relaxation massage. The B37 blew my expectations out of the water. Noise level: It’s absolutely quiet. I can read my toddler a book while using it and it doesn’t distract either of us. I’ve used friend’s massage guns after workouts and found them deafening. I was kind of shocked at how quiet it is. Power/adjustability: The soft round head and lower settings absolutely provide the relaxation massage I was looking for. The higher settings with the flat or pin point head are very capable of deep tissue work. I never thought I’d be happy being able to achieve that, “elbow in my back” feeling at home, but here we are. Results: I originally sought out a massage gun for lat cramps, and back pain from carrying around my wiggly toddler. I’ve also resumed more serious training and was looking for something to maintain mobility and help recovery. The unexpected and life changing results are from the improvement of my sciatic pain. I’ve had intermittent sciatic pain for more than a decade. Once a flare up starts it’s too late to stretch. Movement always makes it worse. I tried using the B37 at the onset of a flare, and I am not exaggerating when I say the pain actually went away. I’ve taken an NSAID for sciatic pain at the start of flares for more than a decade, and I can’t believe I have access to something that can reverse the flare. These results have been repeatable, and I have not taken pain reliever for sciatic pain since using this massage gun. I think we get used to living with pain, and I’m extremely grateful that there is a reality where I don’t have to accept that. Notes: A few items worth mentioning. I have no problem reaching any area I need to. Sitting on the edge of the couch with a couple of pillows behind me can help me apply more stable pressure to areas that are trickier, but I don’t need a second person. The handle is slightly large, but I’m a very petite person, and I’ve never felt like I was going to drop the gun. There is not excessive vibration to the hand either, so my hand does not get tired. The battery life lasts as long as they claim. Lastly the lifetime warranty is unbeatable. If you made it this far, I can say without hesitation or doubt that this is the massage gun you should buy.
ACTIVATE YOUR WARRANTY, YOU'LL NEED IT!!! It worked good, until it didn't. Apparently, EKRIN will send you countless reminders to leave a review, or buy the same product you already bought, but not to register your warranty within a month. Unlike the website, the warranty card in the box says nothing about a 30 day activation window or NO LIFETIME WARRANTY! I don't know if I registered it or not. I bought this when I was rife with pain. It helped right away, but the last thing I was thinking about was registering a warranty, or leaving a review. Now it's busted, for no apparent reason... at 2am in the morning when I need it the most. I wonder if Ekrin will do the right thing?

I previously owned the Ekrin B37S massager and loved it. I have had many massagers over the years, and the B37S was the most powerful unit I ever used outside of what treatment I received from a chiropractor. But unfortunately, something broke on the inside of the unit. I called Ekrin, told them my story and they recommended I replace my massager with the new and improved Kestrel model. I just charged it and used it for a few minutes and I have no doubt in my mind that this new massager is just as powerful as my old one, but with a few new improvements. This is a great massager, that really digs deep into muscles. I also like the angle of the handle, for reaching spots below the shoulder blades. I thought the forked attachment would be my least favorite, but it works great for leg muscles. Very happy with my purchase!

I do love it, indeed! Spent days on researching, watching the comparison videos, reading the articles and reviews for different percussion guns and happy to come up with this one delivered. I am not professional athlete, but I learned from osteopath that I have many trigger points. The gun came in handy for finding even more and working on them. I’d say, the first impression was - who said about other guns - not enough power - haven’t tried this one - one the 1st speed it was already hurting with the ball (on the picture) - on some muscles, not even bones! 2 weeks later I’m using 2nd speed for deeper penetration on thicker muscles. And it’s 5 of them! One of the reasons I picked up Ekrin - it was very good staling force. Somehow it increases with the speeds. Means on the 1st - I can press on the gun less than on the 2nd. Which is just an observation, not good, not bad. The design and feel is great, like someone in the company actually cares for look and feel aesthetics, not only functionality. At first, it felt heavy, especially holding by the handle. I overcame it by holding at t-junction. Fits perfectly in my palm. One button for on-off and speeds is a bit challenging - you need to go through all speeds before switching off, however if you press and hold - it switches off from whatever speed you are at. Battery is great, don’t know what’s the standards, but using it for the whole body while watching movie didn’t use the battery for even half. At last but definitely not least - the support Center response within 24h gives the peace of mind - yes, I already used it - had delayed delivery due to local customs. And if you haven’t heard - it has life time warranty. I guess I understand why - company is so confident in their products that they don’t expect it to be used by many.
Purchased the Ekrin 365 after doing a ton of research and was not disappointed. Ekrin wasn’t even on my radar until reading and watching many in-depth reviews that tested the performance in many categories. Quality is great, performance on point and lifetime warranty for peace of mind. Some of the grammar in the instruction manual was a little off, but that’s a minor issue that’s easily corrected and doesn’t affect the product whatsoever. Will happily recommend Ekrin products to all my friends and family!
Awesome massage hammer😃 Lots of Power, long battery life and the tools and case make it a real bonus. Have used the massage gun everyday since it arrived. Have told my family and friends and have let them try it out. I know one of them ordered the B37 after trying it out! Beats going to a massage therapist or PT. It works fantastic on sore shoulder and back muscles. Takes the knots right out. Love this B37.
A bit of background - I'm a trainer and also lift 6 days a week so recovery is extrememly important. I recently switched over to the Ekrin B37 from a Theragun Elite when the Theragun broke after 2 years of normal use with only a 1 year warranty. Very happy with the B37, plenty of power and very comfortable to use. My only complaint is the ball attachment doesn't glide easily and tends to get caught on clothes but I can live with that.

I got knee surgery a year ago and have had a rough recovery with smaller issues popping up. Swelling and muscle tightness only exacerbates the issues and makes recovery harder. I finally decided to get the Ekrin gun and it’s a huge help! Noticeably better than my PT’s massage guns too!!!
Love the B37. Great power, long battery life, nice case to hold the massager and its accessories. I like that it relaxes tense muscles in calves. Calms Restless legs down, sore muscles feel much better after use. Have recommended the B37 to athletic members in my family. It would make a great gift for loved ones.
