Keep your favorite massage gun. Add a warming or cooling sensation with an attachment that has its own controls and rechargeable battery.
Warm things up
Press the heat button to start heating. The indicator turns red, so you can see which mode is on.
Cool things down
Press the cooling button to start cooling. A blue indicator confirms the mode.
Getting started

Attach with the power off
Turn both devices off. Insert and lock the head following your massage gun’s attachment instructions.
Choose heat or cold
Hold the head’s power button for one second. Then press the heat or cooling button; the selected mode starts after a short delay.
Finish and switch off
Hold the head’s power button for 1.5 seconds to turn it off. Let it cool before cleaning or storing.
Check your model: Kestrel, B37v2, 365, or B37S. This head does not fit Bantam or the original B37 (v1).

A few things to know
Will it fit my Ekrin massage gun?
The Thermal Head fits Kestrel, B37v2, 365, and B37S. It is not compatible with Bantam or the original B37 (v1). Unsure which B37 you own? Contact us before ordering and we’ll help identify it.
Does it come with a massage gun?
No. The standalone option includes the Thermal Head and USB-C cable. Select “Add a massage gun” above to buy a compatible Kestrel or B37 with it and save 15% on the Thermal Head.
How do I charge it, and how long does it take?
Connect the USB-C cable to the head and a suitable USB power adapter. Fully charge it before first use and allow up to four hours. The white light flashes during charging and stays on when fully charged. Unplug after charging, and do not use the head while it is charging.
How do I change modes or stop heating and cooling?
Press the heat button for heat (red light) or the cooling button for cold (blue light). Press the active mode button again to return to standby (white light). Hold the power button for 1.5 seconds to switch the head off.
Does the Thermal Head use the massage gun’s battery?
The head has its own 750 mAh rechargeable battery for heating and cooling. Charge it separately with the USB-C cable. The compatible massage gun provides the percussion.
How should I clean and store it?
Switch it off and let it cool. Wipe the surface with a soft, damp cloth and dry it immediately. Do not immerse it, rinse it under water, or use solvents. Keep it in a dry place out of direct sunlight.
