Shipping & Delivery

Domestic & Select International Free Shipping

  • U.S. Orders: Free standard shipping is included on all orders.

  • Australia, Canada, EU, and UK: Free standard shipping is available for items stocked in local warehouses.

  • Timing: Shipping estimates are based on business days (Mon–Fri) and are not guaranteed.

Missing Packages & Proof of Delivery

Once a package is marked as "Delivered" by the shipping carrier (UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc.) to the address provided at checkout, the shipment is considered fulfilled.

  • Carrier Delivery Confirmation: If the tracking information indicates the package was delivered, but you have not received it, we recommend checking with neighbors, building management, or hidden areas around your property.

  • Customer Responsibility: Ekrin Athletics is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery is confirmed by the carrier. If a package is missing due to a customer-provided error (such as an incorrect or incomplete shipping address) or is stolen after a successful delivery, the customer assumes full responsibility.

  • Filing a Claim: In the event of a delivery dispute where the package is missing despite a "Delivered" status, we will assist you by providing the necessary carrier documentation so you may file a claim directly with the shipping provider. We do not issue refunds or reshipments for packages verified as delivered by the carrier.

International Orders (DDP)

For most countries, we offer DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) shipping. This means all import duties and taxes are calculated and paid at checkout. You will not face additional fees upon delivery.

  • Note: If a chosen shipping method does not explicitly include duties, the recipient is responsible for all local customs fees.

  • Abandoned Shipments: If a package is returned because customs fees were unpaid, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Third-Party Forwarding Services

We are happy to ship to U.S.-based forwarding addresses. However, please note:

  • Our liability ends once the tracking status is marked as "Delivered" to the address provided at checkout.

  • We do not offer refunds or reshipments for packages lost or mishandled by third-party forwarders. By using these services, the customer assumes all risk.
