Lifetime Warranty Registration

Ekrin Athletics warrants that its products will be free from defects in material and workmanship when used as intended and outlined in Ekrin Athletics' published guidelines.

This Ekrin Athletics Lifetime Warranty (“Lifetime Warranty”) is nontransferable and applies to all Ekrin Athletics products sold directly by Ekrin Athletics or its authorized retailers and distributors. Ekrin Athletics reserves the right to deny warranty claims without proof of purchase.

Ekrin Athletics' lifetime warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the lifetime of your product. If there is a warranty claim, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship. This coverage applies to the motor, housing, and attachments for the duration of the product's lifespan.

The internal lithium-ion battery is excluded from the lifetime term and carries a standard 2-year warranty from the date of purchase. For battery failures occurring after 2 years, Ekrin Athletics reserves the right to evaluate claims on an individual basis to determine the appropriate resolution at our discretion.

Repairs & Replacements: We will repair (using new/refurbished parts) or replace your device free of charge.

Extended Coverage: Every replacement unit comes with a 90-day warranty.

Warranty Limits: Providing a full replacement more than one year after your initial purchase constitutes the final fulfillment of the lifetime warranty, though we may make exceptions at our discretion.

International Shipping: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for shipping fees and any applicable import duties on warranty items.

All Ekrin Athletics products are covered for the lifetime of your ownership, with the exception of our open-box items, which come with a one-year warranty.

This Lifetime Warranty only covers product issues caused by defects in material or workmanship during ordinary personal use. The Lifetime Warranty does not cover issues caused by any other reason, including, but not limited to: (i) cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches or dents; (ii) damage caused by misuse or abuse, neglect, accident, drops, liquids, including but not limited to, fire, liquid contact, vandalism or external forces; (iii) the alteration of the product in any way; (iv) use in any manner that is inconsistent with the intended purpose or design of the product as described in the product’s owner's manual; (v) unauthorized repairs or modifications; (vi) commercial or professional use; (vii) normal battery capacity degradation (please note that while our batteries will slowly lose capacity over time like all lithium-ion batteries, we guarantee our batteries for 2 years, and will process a warranty claim for complete battery failure less than 2 years from the date of purchase); or (vii) loss of use during the period the product is at the Ekrin Athletics repair facility or otherwise awaiting parts or repair or any other conditions whatsoever that are beyond the control of Ekrin Athletics.

Please Note: If you did not purchase your device directly from Ekrin Athletics (e.g. received it as a gift or purchased from Amazon.com or other authorized retailer), YOU MUST REGISTER YOUR DEVICE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF RECEIPT. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL VOID YOUR WARRANTY COVERAGE.
